Who are we?
First Aid First is a small, Scarborough based company who specialise in providing high quality, economical first aid training for individuals and groups across North Yorkshire and the North East. The owner, Simon, has been an RLSS trainer since 2006, a Qualsafe trainer since 2016 and a NUCO trainer since 2017, delivering lifesaving skills to adults and children. He has extensive experience with delivering training of all kinds having also been a class teacher for 28 years! He is assisted on most courses by his wife, Frances, a former lifeguard and teacher.
How?
Courses can be delivered and certified through First Aid Awards which are OfQual/ SQA accredited training providers. We aim to deliver high quality training with the maximum amount of “hands on “ experience as possible.
Where?
Training can take place at your venue (subject to a prior visit) or a local venue supplied by us.
Training
Training can be offered to individuals or groups over the age of 16. Our staff are fully DBS checked and our equipment is completely up to date and serviced to the best possible standards. All training is carried out with due regard to current Covid-19 restrictions and guidelines.
